Easilet offer a NO LET NO FEE service to all our landlords.  If we don’t let your property - you don’t pay a penny. 

When we find the ideal tenants we have a very competitive Let Only Fee of ½ Months Rent + VAT. Landlords who choose to take advantage of our Full Management will benefit from a professional, efficient and comprehensive service.  From day to day management of maintenance issues to chasing rent arrears, Easilet will take of all your property issues including arecent legislation and keeping all the relevant safety certificates up to date.

Easilet now offers an optional rental guarantee insurance which is designed to protect you in the event your tenant fails to pay the rent. Your rent will be covered up to £2,500 per month. This rent guarantee insurance policy will also cover up to £50,000 of landlords legal costs to pursue legal cases for damages or injunctions against tenants who breach the terms and conditions of their tenancy agreement. This can cost as little as £36.40 for a 6 month tenancy.
