We love keeping our entire customer base posted about interesting and important news, as well as our most recent available properties for sale and to rent. We have not changed the frequency or content of our communications, but we wanted to let our buyers, sellers, renters and landlords know that we recently switched email providers.

Carly Kane, a Jesmond based lettings agent with Easilet has successfully passed an NFoPP Technical award in Residential Letting and Property Management. This well-respected award is not only a nationally-recognised industry qualification but is also an entry requirement of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) – the only professional, self-regulating body specialising in raising and maintaining practice standards in the UK private rental sector.
Carly of Easilet said: “I decided to start studying toward this qualification as a result of the business expanding into sales. I am thrilled the hard work has paid off and I have secured the technical award. For me, it is not only a personal achievement but evidence of our professionalism as an agency, showing our clients that they are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and who they can trust to do a good job.”
Easilet were delighted and proud of their Lettings Negotiator, Jen Rea, recently as Easilet were named the fastest agent responding to Rightmove enquiries. The announcement came in front the regions Estate and Letting Agents, at a Rightmove seminar in April.
The seminar was aimed at coaching agents in making the most of the leads generated, as part of a national programme. As part of the workshop they carry out ’Secret Shopper’ style surveys and Easilet came out on top considering only joining the portal less than 9 months ago. With over 29% of agents not responding at all, Easilet responded within 8 minutes.
